The Reappearance

Spoken]

And so she returned from forgotten abysses of non-time in all her terrible splendour.

Born of shadows and anti-space.

[Intro]

It is woven beyond time.

The shadow is sown beyond space.

The threads of reality tear and no one sees.

Her wings beat and the worlds tremble.

One beat of her wings – and the pillars of heaven fall.

A soft breeze of death's wind, worlds fall, burn up in stardust.

[Verse]

One beat of her wings – mortals tremble,

no bang, only the bass, the wonders of human technology shatter.

Blind, the masses stumble without hope in the deadly radiation, her final kiss.

One thought is enough – and all hope is shattered.

The air vibrates, no lightning, no bang – only what is happening.

The silent demise in screaming silence.

[Bridge]

An ancient shadow swaying in chaos.

A beginning and an end, meaning and madness at the same time.

The stars extinguished, the sky silent,

The seas, evaporating, rise one last time in anger,

The volcanoes, unleashed, give birth to pyroclastic demons in the lava flow.

She herself is no judge – and her tribunal is only being in space.

[Chorus]

The gods of chaos, banished from space-time, rise again.

The laws of nature sing their songs no more.

[Verse 2]

Trivial comes the end of all being, yet heavy as stone.

A fleeting thought drives worlds into uncertainty.

No epilogue, only a void filled with the silence of death.

A new age, a dream shattered in timeless eternity.

[Chorus]

Blind, blind, into nothingness

Darkness that embraces us,

cosmic, druidic, oracular.

Indefinite, uncontrolled, ultimately.

[Bridge]

The flutter of a butterfly's wings is enough.

I have woven it.

In the dust of the great library,

in the blood of forgotten gods,

humanity stumbles blindly into a future that has long been cursed.

[Chorus]

The end of a broken dream.

[Outro]

The gods of chaos laugh, the universe cries out one last time,

what remains is endless non-space – and darkness that embraces it.

 in Nihilum, Cthulhu in Nihilum!
